{"id":1314,"date":"2018-03-18T20:28:10","date_gmt":"2018-03-19T01:28:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/concejodistritaldecartagena.gov.co\/?p=1314"},"modified":"2018-06-26T20:43:36","modified_gmt":"2018-06-27T01:43:36","slug":"proposicion-no-018-informe-sobre-cableado-via-perimetral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/concejodistritaldecartagena.gov.co\/en\/2018\/03\/proposicion-no-018-informe-sobre-cableado-via-perimetral\/","title":{"rendered":"PROPOSICI\u00d3N No. 018 &#8211; INFORME SOBRE CABLEADO VIA PERIMETRAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">PROPOSICI\u00d3N No. 018<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De acuerdo al art\u00edculo 3, numeral 2 del Reglamento del Concejo y al art\u00edculo 32 de la Ley 136 del 94 que dice que son atribuciones legales del concejo las siguientes: exigir los informes escritos o citar a los Secretarios de la de Alcald\u00eda, Directores de Departamentos Administrativos o Entidades Distritales, al Contralor o al Personero, as\u00ed como cualquier funcionario Distrital, excepto el alcalde, para que en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria haga declaraciones orales sobre asuntos relacionados con la marcha del Distrito.<br \/>\nEl Honorable Concejo Distrital de Cartagena de Indias, solicita informe y propone citar en hora y fecha que designe la Mesa Directiva a los siguientes funcionarios: Planeaci\u00f3n Distrital y Representantes de ISA, para que respondan el siguiente cuestionario:<\/p>\n<p>1. QU\u00c9 GESTION HA HECHO PLANEACION DISTRITAL, PARA DARLE CUMPLIMIENTO AL COMPROMISO QUE TIENE ISA, DE ENTERRAR EL CABLEADO DE LA VIA PERIMETRAL?<br \/>\n2. CU\u00c1LES SON LOS AVANCES DEL PROYECTO QUE BUSCA ENTERRAR ESTE CABLEADO EN LA VIA PERIMETRAL?<br \/>\n3. CU\u00c1L ES EL COSTO DE ESTA OBRA Y QUIEN DEBE ASUMIR ESTE GASTO?<br \/>\n4. ENVIAR COPIA DE LAS ACTAS O MESAS DE TRABAJO QUE SU DESPACHO HA REALIZADO PREVIAMENTE A REALIZAR LA OBRA, CON EL \u00c1NIMO DE DARLE CUMPIMIENTO A ESTE COMPROMISO.<br \/>\n5. ENVIAR COPIA DEL CRONOGRAMA DE ACTIVIDADES, CON RESPECTO A ESTE PROYECTO.<br \/>\n6. INFORMAR SI A LA FECHA DE HOY, EXISTE UN PLAN DE MANEJO AMBIENTAL Y VEHICULAR, EN LA ZONA A INTERVENIR?.<br \/>\n7. DIGA SI A LA FECHA SE HA SOCIALIZADO ESTE PROYECTO CON LA COMUNIDAD?<\/p>\n<p>Cartagena de Indias D.
